A study On Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction Among Employees at Selected Government Agencies in Kelantan

Organizational Commitment is one of the main topics discuss in today’s working environment. Most scholar agreed that to make employees highly commit organization, must have satisfaction with their work. Further study related this area still needed identify most important criteria specific industries. Hence, conducted a non-experimental which researchers investigated and analysed relationship between organizational commitment job satisfaction, focuses on continuance, normative, affective commitment. There are 140 valid responses collected from three government agencies Tanah Merah, Kelantan. Regression analysis were used for two variables. The result descriptive statistics showed continuance represents highest mean score study. Meanwhile, has moderate, positive, significant towards (r=598, p<0.01). It can be concluded respondents organization where they remain members part organization. Findings shed light how build sustainable employee agencies. also suggest several recommendations future research
